Team Collaboration Challenge

In conjunction with the various course elements, participants will undertake a Team Collaboration Challenge. The purpose of this is to deepen and extend the learning outcomes and for the participants to extend the portfolio of evidence around their capability. This is a valuable opportunity to practise team work across different organisational cultures and diverse perspectives.

The aims and scope of these small projects will be decided by participants with input from a programme panel made up from TechUK, partners, sponsors and Empowering You. Participants will be seen to be delivering something of lasting value to the UK's cyber security and digital community. The project will provide opportunities for the participants to consolidate and demonstrate new skills and to make a wider difference for society.

Project Ideas:

  • create a 'umbrella' group to collaborate and share experience on cyber security

  • identify key skills gaps and bridging strategies

  • identify ways to increase recruitment and retention of women into cyber security roles
