Bookings

You can book on-line, by phone or email. Bookings are confirmed automatically by email and you will receive a confirmation email from the program team acknowledging your booking has been confirmed. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, please contact us at hello@empowering-you.co.uk .

Joining Instructions

Joining instructions and pre-work will be sent by email from the program team.

Price

The price for the course is that shown on the website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change course fees without notice. Public course fees include coaching, tuition and all training materials, as well as refreshments and lunch during face to face programs. Any discounts provided are at our discretion and apply at the time of booking only.

Transfers, cancellation and postponement

Any form of non-attendance on a course is considered a cancellation. If you cancel or change the date of your place on one our public courses a fee is payable as follows: Notice % Payable - More than 4 weeks = 50% Between 1 and 4 weeks = 75% Less than 1 week = 100%

You can substitute another participant at no extra charge should you be unable to attend. If we cancel a course, any fees you have paid will be refunded in full or you can transfer to another date at no extra charge; the choice is yours. To postpone, cancel or transfer a place please email hello@empowering-you.co.uk, including your details, the title and date of your program and reasons for postponement/cancellation/transfer.

Payment

All charges for public courses are subject to VAT. All bookings will receive an invoice, which can be settled by BACS or online card payment. Payment for a public course is due on booking, if paying on-line, or within 30 days of invoice. The invoice will contain our bank details for BACS payments. If your payment is being processed by an organisation, please advise whether a purchase order is required and ensure that it is available at the time of booking and included in the appropriate section of your registration.

Changes

Empowering You reserves the right to make changes and improvements to the content of our programs at any time without notice.
