An Empowering You Leadership Program Designed and Delivered for

Summary

As part of its ongoing commitment to increasing women in leadership, London Gatwick is delighted to be partnering with leadership development specialists Empowering You on a new initiative, specifically designed to support female colleagues in developing their leadership capabilities and realising their potential. “Empowering Women to Achieve” is a unique opportunity for all women working within Global Graded roles at London Gatwick, regardless of their career stage, to take part in an intensive and immersive leadership development program.

The initiative is open application, so anyone can put themselves forward for consideration, and the 20 successful participants will be selected through a completely confidential and transparent process.
